  1. What is the earliest I can Check-in?

  1. Can I arrive late?

  1. Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Ashby House Motor Inn are non-smoking. So our guests enjoy a fresh rooms every time they stay. We do offer outdoor areas within the grounds for those wishing to smoke.

  1. Does Ashby House have a restaurant?

Yes. In house Restaurant is opened Monday to Thursday evenings to in house guests and Tamworth locals.

For guests staying in house over the weekends, our friendly reception team will be happy to provide recommendations to you for dining options based on your preferences. We have a number of excellent dining venues located a short distance away from Ashby house, from casual to something special, just ask the team and we will head you in the right direction.

  1. Does Ashby House Motor Inn Tamworth offer Room Service?

Yes. We offer full Room Service for Dinner Monday through to Thursday evenings from our full Restaurant Menu.

Breakfast is available and delivered to rooms 7 days a week from 7.00 am to 8.00 am.

  1. Does Ashby House Motor Inn Tamworth offer WIFI Internet?

We offer our guests complimentary reliable in-room WIFI, including our younger guests (with parent permission). We know how important staying connected is to our guests.

  1. How close is Ashby House Motor Inn to Tamworth’s Shopping and CBD?

One of the best features of our location is that we are situated only 2 minutes by car to Tamworth’s two retail precincts. Tamworth Shopping World and the picturesque main street CBD. In fact we are so close it’s only a comfortable 5-10 minute stroll on foot to either.

  1. Do you offer in-room entertainment such as FOXTEL?

Ashby House Motor Inn offers FOXTEL to all of our guests suites.

  1. What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time (except in peak periods where alternate cancellation policy will apply).

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the arranged booking will forfeit the full amount for the first cancelled night. Please be sure to keep in touch if your plans change so that we can avoid this charge.

If cancelling a reservation during peak times, an alternate cancellation policy will apply, which will be advised to you, and confirmed via email, when making the booking.

  1. How do I guarantee a booking?

When making a reservation direct to the hotel, provide your Credit Card Details to the friendly Reception team to secure your booking.

Bookings made via internet booking sites will receive an email confirmation.

  1. Do you have a Gym or Pool for use by guests?

Ashby House Motor Inn Tamworth has a beautiful outdoor pool, complete with outdoor furniture for use by inhouse guests.

Children are required to have direct parent supervision when using the pool area.

In house guests are able to have complimentary access to 360 Fitness club, which is a full facility gym including an indoor heated pool. 360 Fitness club is located a few short minutes drive from Ashby House Motor Inn.
